Well, at first, I thought so too! Then I thought of Photoshop and the idea that little girls would be so awful as to take a cat on a raft ... and the fact that the cat doesn't actually look scared (or damp) ... :-)

Exactly - like any cat would be dumb enough to go into a river without one. A dog, sure, but not a cat. :-)
